How Veloxiom compares on billing, RADIUS, multi-vendor support and Greek e-invoicing — and where migration actually saves you time.
RADIUS authentication, multi-vendor routers (MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper, Ubiquiti), automated billing, DIAS payments, and e-invoicing — all in one platform built for Greek and European ISPs.
From subscriber management to payment reconciliation, Veloxiom handles it all.
In depth: ISP billing and collection · RADIUS and MikroTik management · myDATA, ΔΙΑΣ and IBAN direct debit · Captive portal, hotspot and suspension · Network monitoring and NOC · All features
Per-plan burst, priority and aggregation, plus monthly data caps with automatic FUP throttling that resets on the next cycle.
Public sign-up form with plan selection, contact verification and staff push notifications. Choose whether it only creates the account or also issues the first invoice with a payment link.
Charge the customer balance daily for seasonal, hotspot or prepaid connections, with automatic suspension when the balance runs out.
Import account statements in MT940, CAMT.053 and bank CSV, match payments in tiers (RF, invoice number, VAT number, amount) and pair the rest by hand. Statements can arrive automatically over host-to-host SFTP or an Open Banking API.
Show each plan only where it belongs: per coverage area, per reseller/partner and per customer type (individual or company), plus plans hidden from new assignments. Enforced on public signup and in the customer portal, while existing customers keep their plan.
Multi-site companies: one consolidated invoice with a line per connection, or a separate invoice per branch with its own price and VAT — switched from the billing customer card. The liable VAT number stays the same, with RF (DIAS) payment codes and e-invoicing on every document.
Group customers with coloured labels: VIP, late payers, pending installation, per technician or campaign. Multiple labels per customer, filters and bulk assignment in the customer list, visible on the customer card — purely organisational, with no effect on billing or suspensions.
Collect invoices automatically by IBAN direct debit, alongside cards: the subscriber signs the mandate in the customer portal, gets a pre-notification before every collection, and settlement is posted to the invoice automatically. On a return or failure the invoice goes back into dunning with late fees — with no double charges.
Full PPPoE and DHCP authentication. Manage subscriber sessions, bandwidth limits, and access policies in real time.
Generate invoices automatically, handle recurring charges, prorate services, and manage payment collection — zero manual work.
Direct RouterOS API integration. Sync users, manage queues, apply bandwidth profiles, and monitor routers from one dashboard.
Greek interbank payment integration with automatic RF code generation, FTP file import, and real-time payment matching.
AADE-compliant electronic invoicing with automatic myDATA submission — live via Elorus and ESKAP. The MARK and a scannable QR code are printed on every invoice.
One platform, unlimited ISPs. Each tenant gets isolated data, custom branding, their own domain, and independent configuration.
Accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, Viva Wallet, and Revolut, plus Greek DIAS interbank transfers. Automatic reconciliation and customer notification on every payment.
Self-service portal for subscribers: view invoices, make payments, check usage, open support tickets, and manage their account.
Auto-provision and remotely manage CPE devices via GenieACS. Firmware upgrades, configuration changes, and diagnostics — all from your dashboard. New routers and ONUs auto-configure themselves — credentials and settings pushed over TR-069, no field technician.
Real-time SNMP backbone monitoring. Track bandwidth, CPU, memory, uptime, and interface status across your entire network infrastructure.
Built-in CRM with projects, tasks, appointments, leads, and ticketing system. Track every customer interaction from first contact to resolution. Projects with milestones and files, tasks with timers and comments, appointments with visit reports — for FTTH rollouts, B2B projects and internal work.
Dual-stack IP Address Management: IPv4 subnets and IPv6 prefixes side by side, IP pool allocation, DHCP leases, automatic IP assignment and /56–/64 prefixes per subscriber with DHCPv6 prefix delegation and RADIUS attributes.
Virtual Private LAN Service management. Configure and monitor VPLS instances, bridge domains, and pseudowires across your backbone network.
Visualize your OSPF routing topology in real time. Interactive graph view of routers, areas, neighbors, and link states — powered by Cytoscape.js. Geographic map view (Leaflet) and 3D network topology (Three.js). See where your equipment is deployed and how your network interconnects.
Built-in AI assistant powered by OpenAI. Get intelligent suggestions, automate routine tasks, analyze network data, and speed up troubleshooting. AI that reads your network signals and suggests probable causes and fixes — advisory only.
A natural-voice agent that answers your phone line 24/7: it recognizes the caller from their number, gives account and package information, runs basic troubleshooting, logs a lead or fault, and transfers to the right department. Real conversation powered by OpenAI Realtime, in the customer language. The AI agent connects as a plain SIP extension, so it works with 3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream UCM, FreePBX/Asterisk, Issabel, VitalPBX, FRITZ!Box — or straight on a carrier SIP trunk with no PBX at all. Incoming-call popup (CTI) supports REST APIs, Asterisk AMI and FRITZ!Box CallMonitor. Call recording and transcription with per-operator retention, automatic compression and automatic deletion — or fully disabled, according to your own policy.
Each call becomes a CRM lead with transcript and captured details, and converts to a real customer in one click: package selection, PPPoE or DHCP, router/NAS (or “decide later”), and the service stays disabled until installation — no billing before the line is live.
Manage VoIP and SIP services for your subscribers. Track telephony lines, SIP accounts, and voice service provisioning alongside internet services.
Full partner and reseller management. Define commission structures, track referrals, and let your channel partners manage their own customers. Referral codes for customers and partners, tracking of who brought whom, and automatic reward or commission posting onto the invoice.
Full double-entry accounting: revenue/expense book (Category B), periodic VAT, myDATA characterizations, journal, ledger, trial balance, Greek GAAP financials, and customer/supplier aging. Available as a separate per-tenant add-on.
Employee payroll with EFKA/withholding tax calculations, payslips, severance and settlement lifecycle, plus ERGANI II declaration preparation (start-of-work, contract termination) and an official ERGANI Web API connector. Available as a separate per-tenant add-on.
Per-section role-based access control across 15 modules with none/view/write levels. Grant or revoke permissions for new and existing users, with separate locks for Accounting and Payroll. Enforced both in the UI and server-side. Enforceable TOTP two-factor per operator, lockout after failed attempts, idle and absolute session expiry, and temporary time-boxed support access.
Draw your coverage areas as polygons on an interactive OpenStreetMap. Check any address instantly — geocoding plus point-in-polygon tells you and your customers whether a location is serviceable, with technology and ETA.
A dedicated NOC hub: live wallboard, incident timeline, UPS/DR status, scheduled maintenance with a public status page, and router config backups — everything your operations team needs on one screen.
Usage-based pricing recommendations from real RADIUS traffic. Spot upsell candidates among heavy users and retention offers for low-usage accounts — advisory suggestions you review and approve before anything is applied.
Live monitoring of inverters, solar and UPS across every site via SmartESS auto-discovery. Track battery, grid, load and output with full history, and get instant power-outage, low-battery and offline alerts — in the panel and pushed to your phone. Planned power cuts are matched to your own network sites, so the NOC knows what will go dark before the alarms start.
Native staff and customer mobile apps (Android & iOS). Staff get real-time push notifications for tickets, power outages and network events; customers manage their account and payments on the go.
Per-tenant Grafana dashboards, fully isolated inside each tenant's own network namespace over WireGuard with read-only access to their data. Live traffic, sessions, disconnect/flap trends and top users — embedded in the NOC wallboard.
Give every subscriber a secure, read-only public status page via a private token. It shows their line status, 7/30/90-day uptime, outage history, antenna signal/link quality (via SNMP) and their router (via TR-069/ACS), with Grafana charts — no sensitive data exposed. Downtime becomes credit: the panel measures per-subscriber availability, applies your SLA terms and posts the credit to the next invoice with the evidence attached.
Spots abusive or compromised subscribers — floods, port scans, spam and DDoS patterns — and flags them in the NOC. Security that knows which subscriber is behind every IP. Port scans, brute-force and blocklisted addresses become findings tied to a real customer — blocked on the router itself, with an expiry, only after you approve. Passive deep packet inspection on your own hardware, set up by one installer. The panel finds your WAN ports from their comments and writes the MikroTik mirroring commands for you to run. Out of the traffic path — if it fails, nobody loses connectivity.
Scores each subscriber's churn risk and suggests a retention or upsell action. Spot churned or lapsed subscribers, send a targeted offer and measure what converted — all from one screen. Reward long-standing subscribers with a built-in loyalty engine. Points accrue from tenure and payments and can be redeemed against invoices — driving retention across your PPPoE and DHCP subscriber base.
Manage fiber OLTs and ONUs (Huawei, ZTE, VSOL, Nokia) with live status and optical levels on the NOC wallboard.
Cisco, Juniper and Ubiquiti BNGs as RADIUS clients alongside MikroTik — suspend and reconnect subscribers via vendor-aware CoA, with ready-to-paste config templates.
Connect your Ubiquiti UISP controller: live devices, sites and outages, one-click reboot and locate — plus every device grouped by site and parent AP and placed on the live network map under the router that owns its subnet, with live signal (dBm). Native Mimosa PTP/PTMP integration: discover backhauls and access points, monitor signal, throughput and connected clients, and see every radio grouped by site and parent AP on the live network map — placed under the router that owns its subnet.
Pick your country and billing follows: VAT rates, currency, tax identifiers and invoice layout for Greece, Cyprus and Albania. myDATA (AADE) e-invoicing is built in for Greece and hidden everywhere else.
Escalating reminders for overdue balances: email, SMS or Viber on scheduled steps, final warning and optional service suspension — with automatic reactivation the moment payment lands. Automatic surcharge on overdue invoices — fixed amount or percentage, with grace period, caps and repeat interval. Issued as a separate document, leaving the original invoice untouched.
Pick an invoice, push the amount to the terminal and the customer taps or inserts a card in store or in the field. The panel polls the result and settles the invoice automatically (Viva Cloud Terminal today; myPOS in progress).
Quotes with accept/reject links, contracts from templates, and signing either on a tablet on site or from a link on the customer’s phone — with invoicing driven automatically by the contract terms. Fixed-term contracts of 12 or 24 months per connection, with expiry tracking and notices before they run out. On early termination the fee is calculated automatically (remaining months, a percentage of them, a fixed amount or none, with an optional cap) and issued as a separate invoice — recurring billing and existing payments stay untouched.
Routers, ONTs, CPE and antennas tracked per unit by serial number and MAC, assigned to the subscriber who holds them: assignment and return with full history, duplicate serial/MAC detection, search by serial or MAC in any format, ownership (yours or the customer’s) and equipment rental. Suppliers, purchase documents and expenses roll into the same cost picture. Import company card transactions and their receipts from Revolut Business, map each cardholder to a named employee and category, flag purchases with no receipt, and report spend per employee, category and month with CSV export.
Periodic subscriber statistics and subscriber fees are computed from your live data and submitted electronically — no hand-built spreadsheets.
Job orders assigned to technicians, appointment slots, mobile check-in, materials used and photos — all tied back to the subscriber and the ticket.
A public FAQ that absorbs the easy questions, plus NPS surveys after an install or an outage, scored and attributed per technician.
Discounts, credit notes, deletions and sensitive changes route through supervisor approval, with a full trail of who requested, who approved and when.
Batch-generate printable vouchers with time or data plans for hotspot and prepaid access — with usage and expiry tracking.
NAT session logging with lawful retention and lookup by public IP, port and timestamp, so an authority request is answered in minutes instead of days.
The official blocklist syncs automatically and is enforced on your network, with proof of enforcement and a change history for audits.
Schedule a maintenance window, notify the affected subscribers and publish a public status page — with alerts suppressed for the duration.
Nightly RouterOS backups with version diffs so you can see exactly what changed and who changed it, plus restore and FTP archiving.
Already running LibreNMS, Observium or Zabbix? Their devices, metrics and alerts appear inside the panel, correlated with your subscribers.
CDR and balance sync from MOR into billing, so telephony is invoiced together with internet on a single document.
Import customers, plans, invoices and balances from Splynx with field mapping and a dry run before you commit.
Every admin action is logged with user, IP and before/after values. GDPR requests (access, export, erasure) and retention policies are handled from the UI.
Tokens scoped per module, rate limiting and a full request log, plus HMAC-signed webhooks so your own systems can react to events.
Your logo, colours, sender addresses and your own domain with a certificate — your customers only ever see your brand.
Procedures, install guides and technical notes inside the panel, so a new technician does not have to ask the same question twice.
MRR, ARPU, new and lost subscriptions, receivables ageing and revenue per plan or area — computed from your own data, with no exports.
Reach routers and CPE that have no public IP through operator tunnels, with a record of who connected where and when.
Beyond PPPoE, DHCP/IPoE subscribers with static leases, bulk import from file, and the same billing and control tooling. DHCP/IPoE subscribers never touch RADIUS, so accounting-based charts miss them. Veloxiom samples the router queue counters and lease state per subscriber, so NOC dashboards, top talkers and the wallboard count PPPoE and DHCP together.
The panel speaks Greek, English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Serbian, Albanian and Russian — per user.
Every subscriber event — invoice issued, payment received, expiry reminder, suspension, reconnection — goes out over Email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp and Telegram from one template set, with per-customer and per-event on/off. Each channel sends only if its provider is enabled. SMS, email, Viber and Telegram from one place, with templates and a full per-customer history. Bulk campaigns to filtered segments with cost control.
Export a hosted tenant to its own standalone installation and the hosted copy switches to read-only: the panel, the API, the customer portal and every scheduled job stop writing, while reads keep working. One authoritative database at all times.
From the operator console: which version each installation runs (panel, database migrations, FreeRADIUS, ACS/TR-069, Grafana, nginx, PHP, MySQL, kernel), what is available and release notes per component. Standalone installations pull signed packages with checksum, backup and rollback; nothing installs itself without approval.
Create your account and set up your ISP profile. No credit card required.
Connect your MikroTik routers, set up billing plans, and configure payment gateways.
Import your subscribers, activate services, and let Veloxiom handle the rest automatically.

Veloxiom is not cloud-only. The same panel can be installed on your own server or in your own datacenter, so your data and database never leave your infrastructure.
On-premise installs itself with one command: curl -fsSL https://panel.veloxiom.com/dist/install.sh | sudo bash — Docker, package download, checksum verification, random secrets and the full stack, and the same command later performs the update. Infrastructure, networking and backups stay with the customer (backup/restore scripts included); we provide the licence, updates and application support. A hybrid setup is also possible (panel on-premise, external services in the cloud). Pricing on request.
How big a VM does your install need? The tiers below cover the entire stack on one machine (panel, MySQL, FreeRADIUS, cron).
| Customer base | vCPU | RAM | Disk | Storage performance | Network |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 500 customers | 2 vCPU | 4 GB | 40 GB SSD | ≥ 1,000 IOPS | 100 Mbps |
| Up to 2,000 customers | 4 vCPU | 8 GB | 100 GB SSD | ≥ 3,000 IOPS | 100 Mbps |
| Up to 5,000 customers | 8 vCPU | 16 GB | 250 GB NVMe | ≥ 5,000 IOPS | 1 Gbps |
| Up to 10,000 customers | 12–16 vCPU | 32 GB | 500 GB NVMe | ≥ 10,000 IOPS | 1 Gbps |
These are recommendations for a single Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 VM or LXC running the whole stack (panel, MySQL, FreeRADIUS, cron/queues), derived from measurements on our production infrastructure (16 vCPU / 31 GB RAM, MySQL InnoDB buffer pool 16 GB, 5–10 GB database for a large ISP). Actual sizing depends on: concurrent RADIUS sessions, accounting retention window (radacct grows ≈ 3.6M rows/year at 10,000 customers — hence the built-in retention job), RouterOS polling frequency, email/SMS/webhook volume, heavy reporting, backups and any high availability requirement. Above 5,000 customers we recommend a dedicated VM or disk for the database and an active retention policy; the 10,000-customer tier is a recommendation based on production measurements, not the result of a synthetic load test.

Veloxiom replaced 3 separate tools we were using. Billing, RADIUS, and customer management — all in one place. Setup took less than a day.
The DIAS payment integration alone saved us 20+ hours per month on billing reconciliation. The AADE e-invoicing integration is a game changer for Greek ISPs.
Zero-touch provisioning and the captive portal cut our truck rolls dramatically. New subscribers are activated in minutes and expired accounts are suspended and reconnected automatically.
Everything you need in one platform — no more spreadsheets, no more manual work.
Veloxiom is an all-in-one ISP management platform that combines RADIUS authentication, automated billing, MikroTik integration, DIAS interbank payments, and AADE e-invoicing into a single web-based dashboard.
Veloxiom is built for Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Wireless ISPs (WISPs), and network operators of all sizes — from small regional providers to large multi-tenant operations across Greece and Europe.
Yes! Veloxiom has deep MikroTik RouterOS integration. It can manage PPPoE/DHCP leases, firewall rules, queues, VPN configurations, and monitor router health — all from the panel.
Absolutely! We offer a 30-day free trial with up to 50 subscribers and full feature access. You can also explore our live demo panel instantly — no registration required.
Yes. Veloxiom submits invoices to AADE myDATA automatically. e-Invoicing is live through Elorus and ESKAP, with the MARK and a scannable QR code printed on every invoice. IMPACT, Primer, Retail@Link, Edpsoft and Greek ERPs (SoftOne, Epsilon Net, Entersoft, Galaxy/Real) ship as REST adapters that we configure and certify per provider. Accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online, Xero, 1C:Enterprise) connect through OAuth2 and a retrying sync queue for customers, invoices and payments.
Yes. Veloxiom supports full multi-tenant architecture with white-label capability. You can manage multiple ISP brands, each with their own customers, billing, and branding, from a single instance.
Yes, and the installation is fully automatic. On any Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 server, VM or Proxmox LXC you run a single command — curl -fsSL https://panel.veloxiom.com/dist/install.sh | sudo bash — and the installer sets up Docker if missing, downloads the release package, verifies its SHA-256 checksum, generates a .env with strong random database and admin passwords, brings the whole stack up (panel, MariaDB, Nginx, cron worker, optionally FreeRADIUS and a TR-069 ACS) and prints the admin password at the end. You then enter the licence key we provide and the panel is ready. Minimum 2 vCPU / 4 GB RAM / 40 GB disk (recommended 4 vCPU / 8 GB / 80 GB SSD) and outbound HTTPS only — no inbound port is required for licensing or remote support. Updates are the same one-liner: your .env, data and volumes are preserved. Your data and database never leave your infrastructure; you keep infrastructure and backups (backup/restore scripts included), we provide the licence, updates and application support.
