We protect your data with TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords and hashed API tokens, role-based access control with per-action permission checks, two-factor authentication for administrators, audit logging of administrative actions, and isolated per-tenant databases.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (payment processors, hosting providers), strictly for service delivery purposes.

6. Deployment Models (Cloud & On-Premise)

Veloxiom is available as a cloud (SaaS) service and as an on-premise installation. In the cloud model we act as data processor on your behalf and your subscriber data is stored on our infrastructure. In an on-premise installation the application and databases run on your own servers: subscriber data never leaves your infrastructure, you remain the sole data controller and processor, and we only access the system for installation, updates or support when you grant us access.
