Digital delivery notes (myDATA 9.3)
Warehouse-to-warehouse movements in Greece issue a delivery note and transmit it to myDATA before the goods move: the stock transfer only proceeds once a MARK comes back, otherwise it is rolled back and the note is discarded. Invoices can also carry dispatch data (date/time, loading and delivery address, vehicle, purpose) or reference already-issued delivery notes as correlated documents.
myDATA submission centre and AADE retrieval
A monthly view of what is pending, ready, submitted, skipped or failed, with bulk submission and per-document MARK and error. Summaries transmitted by you and received from counterparties are pulled back from AADE and reconciled against your own documents, so mismatches are visible instead of assumed.
Taxes, withholding and tax reports
VAT rates are picked from the rates the country allows, and withholding, fees, stamp duty, other taxes and deductions are recorded per document with their official myDATA codes and transmitted in the document totals. New reports cover taxes, sales and expenses per myDATA/E3 classification, purchases and supplier balances, item movements and cash liquidity.
Notifications on Five Channels
Every subscriber event — invoice issued, payment received, expiry reminder, suspension, reconnection — goes out over Email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp and Telegram from one template set, with per-customer and per-event on/off. Each channel sends only if its provider is enabled.
DHCP Traffic & Presence Analytics
DHCP/IPoE subscribers never touch RADIUS, so accounting-based charts miss them. Veloxiom samples the router queue counters and lease state per subscriber, so NOC dashboards, top talkers and the wallboard count PPPoE and DHCP together.
Move to Standalone Without Double Books
Export a hosted tenant to its own standalone installation and the hosted copy switches to read-only: the panel, the API, the customer portal and every scheduled job stop writing, while reads keep working. One authoritative database at all times.
Central Update Management
From the operator console: which version each installation runs (panel, database migrations, FreeRADIUS, ACS/TR-069, Grafana, nginx, PHP, MySQL, kernel), what is available and release notes per component. Standalone installations pull signed packages with checksum, backup and rollback; nothing installs itself without approval.
Staff Card Expenses
Import company card transactions and their receipts from Revolut Business, map each cardholder to a named employee and category, flag purchases with no receipt, and report spend per employee, category and month with CSV export.
